SleeperZ
No. Not unless you know exactly what it does and why you need it. You'll be throwing your money away. IMHO, it has a very limited application.

SleeperZ
what about the progressive regulator that increase fuel supply with air?? will that be helpful with a big-throat throttle body?? I don't know what setup you have and what your goals are for the car. But to answer your question, it's the ECUs job to increase fuel with increased airflow - that's why it has an airflow meter. If you have a particular setup, and the item you are talking about meets your needs, then get it. But know what you are doing first, otherwise you will spend a lot of money and your car will not be any faster.

Guest ackkkkmanp
thks for the replys..not sure if my question was answered but definatly sounds like i should just stick with the stock regulator for now...im just trying to get as much as possible from the stock fuel injection without dishing out for those expensive aftermarket FI systems. increased breathing and a better cam and exhaust seems to be the limit ive seen. my suspension is slammed and stiff except for the braking dept. any other suggestions would be welcome.. tinkering with my toy 280z 280zx
