tannji
that is an interesting look! I would like something similar, with smaller individual vents, more angle side to side. Perhaps when the garage is finished and I have aquired a mig and some skills, I will have to play. tannji
blueovalz
Tim, the vents look great and unique. Sit on them a while (if you're not in a hurry, which may not matter if they can be removed) and come back to them to see if anything needs to be refined. Owen, that's a wild looking hood. Was that the one you did not like? Very aggressive. Any pics of the "starting over"?
Owen
I tried to copy this off an RX7. But I don't think the RX7 would benefit too much because the ducts don't have a lip that would create low pressure at speed to suck the hot air out of the engine bay. http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/album_pic.php?pic_id=1770 The bulge in the Z hood makes things difficult. I do not want to remove it and the addition of raised ducts might make things too gaudy. I can't make it look too ricey or I'll never hear the end of it from Tim! Terry, I have not started over yet, I need to get my butt in gear! Owen
