JoeinCA
Yeah, that's right RAMEN NOODLES! 10 DAYS until I need to have my stuff packed and be on the road to Wyoming.... And then it's lots of ramen... because i know that i am not going to want to spend my money on good food... i would much rather have bigger brakes and new struts... it's too bad the car cant sustain life (at least, not in the same way as food). i need to swap out my steering rack today in my Z... I wonder how much ramen i can fit in the back of it? Joe
Tim240z
Just go grocery shopping with your Mom before you leave, then raid the pantry. Make sure she buys lots of beer, too. That gets expensive!! Tim

Guest Aaron
When I was in school a few years ago, I would buy egg noodles and/or rice by the 5 lb bags instead of the ramen noodles. If you buy off name brands, and large enough quantities, it is actually cheaper than the ramens. You can get bullion cubes and other spices to give them flavor. At one point (around 1995) I was surviving off of $35 per mo groceries, and $3 every workday for lunch. No room for beer in that budget though.
