Doesn't look like you left room, and by your sig I'm thinking maybe you wanted space on either side for dual exhaust for a V8. Good job! Wagz Posted October 12, 2003 Author Share Posted October 12, 2003 Yep, I had intended to build in a recessed battery tray too. However, the fuel cell takes up more space than I had intended. So, I'm going to have to surface mount the battery. I am thinking about mounting it between the strut towers with a cover in the same way Fiat Spiders have their batteries mounted. Dan Juday Posted October 12, 2003 Share Posted October 12, 2003 Nice work Wags. Get one of those small drycell batteries. You can mount it anywhere and they have plenty of power.
