Guest butlersZ
Ok, today I was driving down a straight stretch of road where I live and there was maybe a 40-55 MPH crosswind with some strong gusts and it was pushing my car all over the place. Does anyone have suggestions on any diffusers or sideskirts maybe that will help this issue? I know lowering it will help but I don't want to go all out and buy adjustable coilovers just yet, besides I do need some ground clearence. Anyone else experience this? johnc
You might want to check you're alignment front and rear. Early Zs are affected by crosswinds and 40 to 55mph is a pretty big crosswind.
JMortensen
If you don't already have one get an air dam. They help a lot with crosswinds, and the floaty feeling at speed. Jon
Guest buschj
How old or worn are your bushing?
Guest midnitz
you don't need adjustable coil overs...just go with quality lowering springs...illumina struts and a thicker front swaybar.... the urethane airdams work good in this dept....as do the urethane sideskirts. the lower the car, the less air gets under the car... also check front end play....as bushing, ball joints, tie rods etc wear out and cause alot of loose vehicular tracking.
