It should be required that beermakers make the cartons out of stronger materials, DOT testing is another option. Also limits on how far from the ground beer can be carried should be put in place along with firm speedlimits for transporting beer, this also calls for vigilant enforcement from the policecommunity. Probably snuck into this country for the foam harvest. :Unless these bottles could have shown the proper ID, they got what they deserved.
