80LS1T
Ok I have a 93 LT1 and T56... I want to put a newer wiring harness and ECM(computer) in it so that I can program the computer. Can I just get a 94 or 95 wiring harness and ECM and put in a MAF or am I missing something? Please help me I can find any information on this swap?(the harness and ecm)
BLKMGK
Other than the MAF (I think), what other sensors differ fromthe motor you have and the later ones? If there are few differences or no differences then I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

Mike C
Impatient, eh? You will need the harness, computer, and the MAF sensor from the newer vehicle. Your other sensors should be OK. I'm going Accel DFI with my $. I have heard that the 93 speed density system is the easiest conversion to do, especially if the motor is mostly stock.
