Tim240z
Using the turn signals from a mid eighties Firebird. The lights are nice and sleek and compact, I guess somewhat similar to the later 280Z turn signals. These are dual filament bulbs so they are park and turn: Tim
Guest Want aZ
Those look really great Tim, did you ever think of integrating them into the bumper? Just a though that crossed my mind when looking at them? But they do look good Damon
Tim240z
That's what I originally wanted to do, but I couldn't find a turn signal thin enough to squeeze into the bumper, and I dindn't feel like embarking on yet another fabrication project. This project has taken me almost 5 years now....and has seen it's fair share of snowballing scope....I had to, at some point, say "enough is enough"!! innerware
what are you going to do for a grill? Can't wait to see it fully complete, looks great.
Synlubes
Looking sharp Tim. I think I read in an earlyer post of yours that you used some type of tubing to make the frame work for your grill. (which also looks sweet) If this is correct, would you disclose what type and size tubing you used? Please
Tim240z
I used my old Z fuel line...so whatever that tubing size is...that's the size I used Tim
80LS1T
Sweeeeeeet! Is there anything left on that car that is original! LOL Hey are you going to put anything behind the lights(upper 1/2 of bumper).....like more mesh? Or are you just going to leave it open?
