no biggie, it's not something you can compare directly. Mazda rates it as a 1.3 liter, Wankel rated it as a 1.3 liter for over half a decade, so I just go with that. It's just that people try to do the closest possible comparison between a wankel and a piston motor

How much power can you push out of a stock (head, block, crank) SR20 reliably? I'm betting it's more than you can get out of a stock L28, though I wont be too surprised if I am wrong on that.

 

There are afew 240sx shops running over 500whp on stock bottom end SR's (heads only have cams, RAS, and valve springs). At the moment Enjuku Racing here in Orlando Florida is ahead with 544 whp, but Secret Services in Tampa (539 whp) is right near there too...

Now, can someone point me in the direction of some threads on putting an SR (well actually a CA18, but its the same process...) in a z? I've tried searching, but there is waaaay too many off topic threads to sort through them all to find the relevent ones :lol:
