JKDGabe
Let's assume that I actually have the money... Complete motor with all accessories/wiring/computer back to the driveshaft. 100,000 miles or less. Just curious really, it's a slow sunday and I'm daydreaming. On a slightly different topic why would anyone pick an LS1 over the LT1?

Hmmm, I just can't quite understand why so much.
mas28O
$5200 is to high I would not pay more than 4-4500 for a LS1/T56 motor.
Guest zfan
You should be able to get the combo for under 4k if your patient. Mike
Phantom
LS1/LT1 decision is strictly personal. The LT1 is cheaper and, with the iron block, can be boosted to really high HP. The LS1 is all aluminum and lighter. It has the newest engine control technology including coil-on-plug. It makes more HP right out of the box than the LT1. I opted for the LS1 because I wanted the reduced weight, the technology, and over 300 RWHP & TQ without having to do anything to the motor.
