Help with new Tokico Shocks & Springs

Recommended Posts

You have the lowered springs correct? I had the same concern when I got mine together. The spring is shorter than the strut assy when there is no load on it. So it should be fine if this is your concern. Whe you put the strut assy's back on the car just make sure you rotate the spring so that is sits in the seat correctly.

Hey,

I my springs are a different type and they were also shorter. I decided to wire them in just in case. I just use some steel wire and drilled two holes in the bottom of hte lower spring perch and wired the spring in. Keeps them from moveing around while your gettin everything back together and if you should unload it while driving they shouldnt shift, my 2 cents.
