Oil pressure problem 76 280

My 76 Z has a couple of annoying problems that make me scared to drive it sometimes.

#1 The oil pressure slowly drops to 0 when you come to a stop at a red light or stop sign. When you start going again it will rise back to where it is supposed to be. Could this be a problem with the gauge? Or a more serious problem with the oil pump?

#2 After you drive the Z for a little while, about 15 to 20 minutes of driving, the brake light starts to glow  I have bled the brakes twice since I bought the car but still I have this problem. What gives?

Any advice will be appriciated.

Oh by the way it still has the stock inline 6 in the car. It also has the 280ZX master cylinder and power booster and it has the 300ZX/240SX rear disk conversion done. The problem with the brake light was there before the disk conversion.

On the brakes, check the master cylinder for seeping... Minor moisture around the booster, or under it. As for the oil presure issue, I'd first check the gauge. I'd not sweat it too much in regards to fixing it... Atleast the pump is external and easy to swap out... If the gauge checks out fine, and the sendor is good, then buy a pump. If you can afford it, I'd just go ahead and buy the sendor and the pump and be done with them.
