Would it be a higher comfort/lower performance result, or just lower spec everything (assuming 195 70 14). SleeperZ Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 I use 14x6 wheels with 215/60 tires, slightly smaller than normal diameter. 225s also fit I believe. z-ya Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 If you keep the overall tire diameter the same, you will have a more squishy side wall (more flex) with 14s. Guest orange260z Posted January 31, 2004 Share Posted January 31, 2004 Hey all, I'm in the process of buying a '74 260Z with 14x7 wheels, and I'm having trouble locating 14" performance tires! I figure a 225/60R14 or 215/60R14 would be the right size (or possibly 215 or 225/55R14) but all I can find in tires is all-season crap!
