quick garrett t3 question

i picked up a rebuilt t3 for my z, it is off a nissan (says nissan on the compressor housing)it is a water cooled center section. my question is it had a different exhaust housing it didnt even have a t3 flange and is a

.48 ar, so i took my exh housing off the stock turbo which is a .63 ar and put it on the new turbo, every thing bolted up fine but will i have any problems switching from a .48 to a .63 without changing the turbine wheel they looked to be about the same size?
