Jersey Posted March 26, 2004 Share Posted March 26, 2004 Hey all. Quick question - does the tranny mount have to be modified in order to bolt the T5 into a 280? I put the T5 in my '73 240 and i did have to modify the mount and move it foward about .75" but never did it in a 280. It's a '78 if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.
