gruntO311
I just bought an awesom 73 with a scarab kit. Same owner for 29 years. It has a 327 with a carter AFB. He told me it needs a stronger fuel pump though. It seems to bog at 4200 under hard acceleration. Also how high can I run this thing? It is supposed to be built by a speed shop and is bored .060 over. Any suggestions I heard the holley red one is a good one for carbed engines. Take a look at my car i will post more pics tomorrow. Well until I can resize it here it is if anyone wants to see it... http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/e4nk/detail?.dir=/84f1&.dnm=e4e8.jpg thanks, gruntO311 73 327 4sp 71 in the shop 70 rhd uglee

gruntO311
The kind gentleman let me have it for a very good price. I am totally grateful. This one is a keeper. I sold some stuff and I think I have the money now for the fuel pump in the next week so I will keep you posted. More pics will come when I get time again. gruntO311 73 scarab 327 71 ready for paint 70 rhd uglee in the garage
