240hoke Posted May 3, 2004 Share Posted May 3, 2004 exact same thing happened to me, except it was a little more, took my finger off all the way to the end of my finger nail. Not by a turbo though, by a bike chain. Takes FOREVER to heal. scott19 Posted May 5, 2004 Share Posted May 5, 2004 I can relate. Back when I was 15, I got the index finger of my left hand caught in the hydraulic rod of a forklift. RIPPED the tip about 3/4 off. Luckily, I was wearing gloves, so I didn't loose the tip, and they were able to sew it back on. It's about 1/4" shorter than the one on the right now.
