Mikelly
Well if all goes well, We will have full and unrestricted access to the upstairs of the garage by my Bday party on the 3rd of July. I have the lower landing and the lower stairs DONE, and the upper band, and joists are hung, and band braced. I finished pouring a pad for under the bottom step at ground level and I'll pour the post holes for the 6X6 posts tomorrow evening, then set the posts and finish up with the help I'll have on Saturday and Sunday... Should be done done, rails and all... I installed the door and windows a few weeks back... Then I'll finish up the vinyl siding on the garage and the end caps on the sofets and last few pieces of sofet... Did I mention we are already scouting places on the potomac river to move to? Pete will be happy, as it will move me about 20 minutes closer to his neck of the weeds, but about 20 minutes further from Jamie and Doug... My pocketbook will also be screaming... Places we're hoping to be able to buy are in the $650-800K range... thank god this place has gone WAY up in value! Mike

Mikelly
Stafford County in a location called Marlboro Point. On Potomac Creek, it feed right into the river and onto the bay... So the assumption is I'll get ANOTHER boat... I miss my old boat... Even if it was a POS! Mike
