Guest lsubrent1
Hi guys, New to the forum here. I have a 73 240z running a 355 chevy,3.45 R200. It runs a 12.30 @ 111. I was wondering if you guys know if a stock LS1 would run better. I KNOW it would get better gas milage! Thanks!
Lone Star 1
My first runs with the LS1 were in the hi 12's. After the Yank 3500 stall times moved into the 12.2 area. After a computor tune times were 12.1 area. After weight reduction 11.97. Now have mangrun suppercharger expecting low 11's high 10's good luck on your car. Mines a 73 also. Phantom
Lone Star!!!! Great to see you are still lurking around! Hadn't seen a post from you in some time. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the car runs with the magnacharger. What are you using for tires now? Finally get some good DR's? Lone Star 1
Hey Bill, yea I'm still alive and well, but busy with soccer. I bought a set of BF Goodrich DR's 225/50R15's but have not put them on the car yet. Car is scarry fast now and I'm afraid of breaking something. So car mostly just sets in garage, especially now that its so hot, and me with no AC in the car now. I'm still a little worried about my fuel system, low fuel pressure and boost not mix. We'll have to have another drag meet when it gets a little cooler.
