Put a sign in the door that says TRESPASSERS WIIL BE PROSICUTED. When you answer the door, smile and ask them to wait while you call the police. Call the police and have them arrested for soliciting without a permit and trespassing. Once word gets out that people are getting arrested in your area, they'll quit. OR, Get some whip cream in your mouth before you open the door, as they start their spiel, start spraying it out (be sure to get some on them) and roll around on the floor as if in some kind of fit. The whip cream should make it more convincing. That might scare them off, if not you can have fun and do it to next caller.
