Drftn280zxt
Here are pics of my design (the last two pics) made into a clay mini model Tell what you think now. The detail stuff was out. The model you see is about four inches long, 2inches wide and about an 1" tall. Hopefully the next one will be at least 8" long or more. That way the details can be stressed. Thanks in advance for looking at my design.
Guest 305240
Looks good! I just had a thought. Ever think about using a 2+2 body? Put in a shorter coupe rear side window, and you should be able to get a sleeker rear slope. And, it would give you the room for a killer sound system! Plus, it would handle better. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the good work!

Drftn280zxt
yea man this kit I designed is for the 2+2. I have a 1979 2+2. NO doubt about the stereo. I have a concept fot that too. See below. . This stereo and this bodykit=awesome I think. The stereo is bound to be redesigned to work with a chromoly cage. Thanks for the replies guys. Guest Dorifto_Tuning
Most sweetness, drftn. If this kit is ever in production, I'll buy . You've got quite a talent with the pencil and clay mediums - keep it up - I'm looking forward to many great designs from you! Sometime around spring break this year, I'll be driving down to Vegas - we should meet up and hang out for awhile. Hopefully by then, I'll have the Z roadworthy ... -Dave

Drftn280zxt
whoa almost 200 views, what do all you people think of the design in 3D? Or does it just not appeal to you most of you guys/girls (if there are any on this site)?
TomsCoupe
Its a bit much for my liking. Looks like something straight out of fast and furious. I can appreciate the time, effort and talent that went into it though.
Drftn280zxt
True, I am part of a that whole new generation of Japanese "hot rods". I simply want to recreate the best of two worlds in one awesome car. The modern era(flashy bodykits, big wheels, low stance, low tone mufflers) and the era of muscle cars (all motor, torque baby torque, wide aggressive stance) can't really think of an other special characteristics of muscle cars at the moment. Kinda of un equal but I think the theme fits right. Its a dream car, one that pleases all, well sorta on small level.

Drftn280zxt
I guess you have a point. If I like who's cares. I guess I just like feedback and input in accordance to my ideas.
Guest cs14silvia
actually i kinda like it its ricy enough to be the king of auto saloon. just mod it with good performance and handling it'd be the greatest modern style classic how about scissor doors
Drftn280zxt
I dunno about "Lambo doors". I'd need a photshop of it. How you'd do it is simple. Have two layers on being the interior from outside the car and then cut the door out of the picture and rotate it 90*. I can't do it though. No photoshop. I'd like to see it though. Wait a sec was there someone on CarDomain with lambo doors? Fuctionality would be very important, I don't want a "simple" show car. Its gotta function.
