rustrocket
It's not as bad as it sounds...It was a little wet out, and i was going up highway 17 (for all you bay area people) in my 73 240z. came round a corner onto a a straight and somehow my front tires lost traction and i got into a wicked fishtail while trying to correct it...i ended up doing a complete 360 and was stopped as my rear bumper met the center divider. The right corner of the rear valence (by the rear corner of the gas tank) got smashed in too...i have no clue how this happened. The worst part of it for me was that i wasn't racing, speeding, or trying to do anything dumb....so i couldnt blame it on me being a dumb@ss. Oh well...guess i'll be doing some body repair soon. Maybe i should look at some new tires too, i dont know how old mine are...but they're stock width and no name.

auxilary
the roads stay moist on 17. I've driven on them enough to know that good to hear you're alright

Guest 305240
Falkans, omni directional tire. great in rain. They stick like glue. Autocrossers like them. Pretty cheap too. 340 for 4 out the door here.
rustrocket
Can you be a little more specific on those tires? I'm wondering if it's even worth buying tires for those original wheels on the car, or if i should buy some new wheels while i'm at it. the notorious "while i'm at it" syndrome is creeping up on me guys... -rustrocket
