auxilary
Turkish 8mm mauser, covered top to bottom in cosmoline. I've cleaned it up and reassembled to take the pic (it's on top). Manufacture date is 43. This sucker needs a LOT of work. It was excessively loaded with cosmoline, and I ran out of cleaner. Need to do a complete strip down and clean out the bolt/firing pin. I guess I should also refinish the wood, as I did with the m44 pictured on the bottom
Forrest
Cool! I have 2 of the Yugo's, an m24/47 and an m48. It looks like all 1400 rounds of ammo i bought from them are dead though - wish I hadn't waited so long to try them out. Where did you get it from? The m44 I got from AIM had a pretty nice finish on it.
auxilary
my m44? I bought it at big 5 sporting goods for 75 bucks. Stripped it and refinished it.
Z-TARD
I got my Enfield at Big 5 also. Oddly enough, they have better prices than any of the gun stores I looked at for vintage military rifles. That Mauser looks sweet Aux, cant wait to see what it looks like once you get it refinished. Mike
