HICKL Posted March 22, 2005 Share Posted March 22, 2005 Hey Guys, Jegs sells a MSD kit for a stock Hei (pn 121-8501, $152.99). It includes a MSD coil, module, cap, rotor and dust cover. Is this worth doing? I have a stock HEI setup right now and am wondering if I will gain anything with this setup or if there is a better route to take. Guest 77vegasz Posted March 23, 2005 Share Posted March 23, 2005 If you are also installing an ignition control module along with the kit, like MSD 6AL unit and some high quality wires, you will gain top end RPM.
