Looks like photoshop to me. The edges of the strut tower brace look pixelated as if it or what is behind it was added to the pic. Also, looks like the ignition modules stick up above the hood gasket at the back of the engine bay. Finally, isn't the integra a FWD? there would be a lot more work in that engine bay to fit that engine and make it RWD.

Don't know if it's a PShop or not, but it's certainly a dumb idea. Add a few hundred pounds directly over the front axle of an already front-heavy car? Can you say "understeer"? Can you say "traction"? If it's real, it's one of those things created for car shows: not really a car, but some kind of artistic interpretation of a car. Like those all-chrome monstrosities that started in the 60's & '70s with chrome everything which could clearly never be started, no less driven around for fun? I've always liked Integras, often thought they'd make a great rotary platform, but that thing is ... well, a thing.

On second thought, maybe they mounted it in the "JTR position".

Edit: looking at the picture again, though, I must say I just *love* the color. Not a sea-foam, but almost. Nice. Might look good on a Z.

It is a chop, it was done by a guy named 'Tony the Tiger' who owns the car here in Toronto. The car is a GSR that was a 12 second NA street car, its now an 11.5:1 compression 11 second turbo street car. Very nice car, amazing tuning. He's also got a custom turbo T66 V6 Camry.
