Jersey
For those of you that have a front strut bar installed, do you adjust them to retain the factory distance between the strut towers? From Mat73GNZ's album that has the 240 chassis dimensions - found HERE (Thanks Mat) it notes the towers should be 913mm (35.94") apart. Thanks in advance. Jersey
Just thought about it, this post may be better suited in the brakes/wheel/sus/chassis section. Sorry about that mods/admins.

Mine has rod ends on both sides, so I just put a little compression on it with the turnbuckle in the middle. I also have diagonals going to the firewall and do the same there. I wouldn't get too hung up on having them 35.94" apart. What you really want to do is keep them from spreading under side load. If they are 35.94 or 35.75 or 36.2" apart it doesn't matter. What matters is when you go around a corner and your outside front goes from -2º camber to -1º camber.
Jersey
Thanks. The measurement between my towers is now 35 1/2" and want to install one of these before i get an alignment and hopefully get in a few track sessions this year.
