slownrusty
Got the oil pan off my ZXT finally.... looked like this: then sand blased it and primed it with 3M rubberized primer: Then finished with metallic silver - 3 coats: For the final touch..... Cody 82 ZXT
Nice work as always!!! Details even when they can't be seen. I now appreciate the oil pan job much more after todays job of replacing the Rack and Pinion. What a pain. Similar work involved as far as being able to get to the item in question. CruxGNZ
I remember when you did this the first time. I felt bad for you then, but to do it twice? Damn. At least you have it figured out now. Plus you threw some detail work on there to make the fuss worth it, nice. !M!
slownrusty
Thanks for the compliments guys! Cody - Sadly my rack is starting to develop a very small leak, has not dripped onto the garage floor yet, and I am cringing whether to change the rack now or wait and see what happens. Mat - I know....I am sucker for punishment, PLUS I hate leaks...biggest pet peave of mine, so I had to suck it up and do it all again. Thanks for feeling bad for me though....LOL Yasin
ww
Dude, it looks great. But, any reason you didn't take some of the dents out of it while you had it on the bench?
