From the quote I got it costs about 3 times that of a whole car media blast and generally too destructive from what I heard. I seriously pondered getting a acid dip on my 260Z shell because I want to get total rust treatment/protection. The main problem is the "boxed area" of the body structure where acid can get inside but paint spray can't. My plan now is to media blast(already done actually), then two coats of rustbullet(next week), then the boxed area will be opened up for some holes and oil spray will go in.
