denny411
I was the winning bidder on ebay for a carpet set and a drivers side headlight bucket for a 77Z.(two separate auctions) *sellers name and address* Daniel Mosiman 727 Pearl St APT#304 Denver, CO 80203 , USA, I`ve tried repeatedly to contact by email with no luck. He did reply once to ask for shipping info,(almost 2 wks ago) but I`ve had no response since then. Is there anyone here from the local Denver area that wouldn`t mind checking this guy out for me? Maybe even find a home phone# on him? The total is only 65.00, and I haven`t sent anything yet, but it`s a good enough deal that I don`t want it to get away. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6766&item=1876520 496&rd=1 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33697&item=24002 08887&rd=1 Thanks Guys,
denny411
Thanks, I think he said he had to get rid of the car, so there probably won`t be one out front. He might be related to the one in Castle rock,(maybe his Dad) My biggest concern is letting it go and finding negative feedback in a few weeks. I`m starting to think he may not want to sell because he didn`t get what he thought he would. He didn`t put a reserve on the stuff so it SHOULD be his loss, but you know how that goes
Guest Anonymous
I think there was an add on zcar.com about this guy.. Said he had several peoples money and would not return calls. Be glad he doesn't have your money too!
denny411
That`s possible. when i emailed my shipping address, I wrote that I would be paying with a postal money order. Maybe he didn`t want to risk postal fraud charges.

Just be sure to state the reasons for it clearly, and anyone concerned about doing business with you will understand. I've done it before myself, and have had no negative consequences...that I know of.

SleeperZ
I found a Daniel Mosiman in Castlerock, CO which is about 35 miles south between Denver and Colorado Springs. Other than that, the local directory has no other listings. I can cruise by the neighborhood on Pearl St. to see if the address exists or if there's a Z car out front...don't know how much that helps...
