Of course I called. What kind of question is that? Maybe it wasn't the question so much as the tone? "Did you EVEN...".

Anyway' date=' I do appreciate the help, but they did not have one available.

Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.[/quote']

No prob man, I just wanted to help and it seemed like the "You guys aren't much help" wasn't working...

Have you tried Phase2 http://www.store.yahoo.com/phase2motorsports/ (909) 594-3619

Or Milano Auto (818 ) 248-0770 ask for Chris

Also KA24 starters or CA18/CA20 starters don't work? Also go on Nico Forums in their classifieds or SR engine forums. http://forums.nicoclub.com/zeroforum?id=138

The Other Thing You Can Do Is Call Around To Electric Motor Repair Shops And See If They Can Repair Yours.... Its A Possibility, There Was A Shop Here In Phoenix That Rebuilt A Rb20det Starter For Me And It Only Cost $80 And Had A 3 Year Warranty.

You guys aren't much help. I still haven't been able to locate a starter. My car still sits. Anyone know where I can get a good used SR20DET starter? I have called around still no luck.

$50 shipped on one of those threads. the other one is asking $100.

if i were you, i would pick up a used one and get it rebuilt, i got a guy here that does it for about $30-$60 depending on make and model.

you can always get your starter rebuilt.

you don't want us to hold your hand do you?
