I dont know any specific shops, at my old work, we fit one to a E-type jag and dyno'd it in redmond. The dyno shop let us do our own tuning and they just had a "dyno operator" do the dyno computer stuff. If I remember the shops name, I will post it up. Its slipping my mind right now.
