PUSHER
Had the car running and turned on the headlights, everything died, now I cant get anything to turn on. I've check the fusable links and the fusebox near the pass side, are there any other fuses or places I should check?
VinhZXT
Remove the positive battery post and clean them really good. Spray it with a corrosion protective coat and put it back and you should be on your way. I've been having this same problems on my 2 ZXs and it was the battery posts being dirty/corroded. You can't really see the corrosion but it is there. Just get the wire brush clean the post and it's back to normal.GL

fastzcars
Ther are 3 large multi wire connecter's under the dash where the engine compartment main wiring harness goes threw the fire wall and connects up high to the dash harness, behind the glove box. Also check to see if the main ground connection, located on the passenger side front frame rail , under the battery tray, is not corroded . AK-Z
You can almost rule out anything with the guages. I started my car with out the dash even in the car! Check by check from the souce and moving your way up. battery-->starter/ground-->relays/fuses.... etc.
