I contacted them and they were super nice, told me to send in the unit and they would see what they could do. few weeks go by and i get it back and they fixed it at no charge! it works great now! this wasnt a brand new unit either! i even bought it used! i will deff deal with them again, and i hope everybody else does! great company and people that work there!
