palauoriginal
hi...would the dp camber plates work on a stock 1975 280z suspension or do they only work with coilovers? thnks
JMortensen
If you made a top hat that would fit they would work, but I'm sure the hat that comes with it fits the 2.5 inch springs.
v8dream
Yep, like Jon said, they are designed for 2.5" springs.
JMortensen
I was just thinking... do you know WHY they're designed for a 2.5" spring? Because you couldn't adjust it very far at all with a full size spring in there. So yeah, you're going to have to do the coilovers.
driftz240
I just got a set of the dp camber plates, they are very well made I think, and adjust as far as you would want to go, I havent hit them with a camber gage but neked eye camber gage says -3 at 4th bolt hole, oddly they only have 2 holes for mounting bolts," not sure if it matters much. only bad thing I found was if you go to the 3rd or 4th adjustment hole you cant adjust your stem adjustable sturts anymore, i had to cut a little hole between the rear mount bolt, but i can deal with that. all in all I am happy with them, and dident have to cut anything.
