Attaching the Rear Spoiler

I have the rear spoiler shown in the above link's pictures,

 

It does not have any designated bolt holes,

 

What i was thinking of doing was attaching it with 2 bolts at either end (quick drill work on the body and spoiler) and using some water based polyurethane all around it,

 

That should hold it right?

If your not planning on ever removing it, id use rivets spaced about 3 inches apart, then blend the edges into the metal with filler, sand and paint for an invisible seam.

 

Thats how the rear flares were done on my car. Found that out when removing them.

 

I've also heard of an adhesive called sikaflex (dont know if thats how its spelt) that is used in the automotive industry.
