Guest Anonymous
Somebody brought by 10 specialized Hayashi Racing Wheels for early Z cars (5-15x8 & 5-15x6.5) wishing to consign them for sale through ZPARTS.COM. What is so cool about these wheels is that they have special hub hardware to allow them to be quickly removed by spinning off just one center nut per wheel. Anybody know where I can research Hayashi Racing wheels? I could not find a company site for them. Tim240z
Eric, If it is the cool Le Mans/F1 style center knock off type wheels that you are looking for, check out Tiger Wheels' product called the pin wheel drive system.. It looks pretty cool, but you have to have a 5 lug hub to start with. Tim [ October 05, 2001: Message edited by: Tim240Z ]
Owen
I'm under the assumption that Hayashi Racing is aks HRE...sorry if I'm wrong but HRE is at www.hrewheels.com I checked out zparts.com but couldn't find a picture of the wheels, something about the classifieds being closed down for a while. DavyZ
Owen, I was under that same impression--I thought Hyashi Racing Enterprises=HRE. Davy
Owen
I'd really like to do that pin wheel thing too, haven't seen any TSW wheels that I like though. Anyways, I've talked to some of these guys at HRE and they are helpful. Owen
