veritech-z
OTM's got a thread going about this same video in the non-tech...Maybe I'll try my hand at this, I used to be reasonably proficient at drawing in MSPaint...
mason4300
believe it or not, I actually drew pretty close to that well in MSpaint when I was younger. Then I discovered Photoshop. Definately a pain in the arse to draw that good, though. probably couldn't do as well as I used to, without Photoshop's tools that make stuff like this much easier. It's interesting to watch his techniques and different experimentations while he does it,like the way he does the wheels.
Careless
the best advice i can give for someone attempting this type of work would be to use a waacom tablet, and not draw using your mouse. you'll soon find that the sensitivity in a pen is a lot more manageable than that of a mouse, as long as you have good hand-to-eye coordination. if you dont, then you shouldn't be using a mouse anyways. LOL but that is a fun little video. i've experimented in the past, and it's quite easy once you get the hang of it.
mason4300
yes, this guy was probably using a tablet part of the time. I have to say, tablets are very fun, and it is easy once you get the hang of it, as Careless said.

veritech-z
I don't think that guy is using MSPaint, by the way. He's got some features and tools that my version at least doesn't have...
