Reading into CARS2 a bit... I came across one of the movie posters over in this article on autoblog.com In one of the movie posters , it features what looks to be a s30. Judge for yourself. I really want to see this movie.

A buddy of mine is going to be making me one of these. It'll be on a reflective vinyl. This is the design he whipped up real quick. The gradient won't be on there. That was just put there to show that it would be almost a chrome/ mirror/ foil effect

I haven't been shooting much because of work but a buddy came down from up north and wanted some shots, so here is some of the results. I don't usually do portraits and I had a cold so these aren't the greatest.

I haven't shot in forever so I need to get back into the game. I'm not a huge fan of this shot but I think I did pretty decent on it. I'll have to reshoot in order to be completely happy w/ the final image. What do you guys think?

Miatas are fun little cars. My buddies 91 is pushing about 225 to the wheels.

I didn't like it as much as the first one but he's pretty damn good at what he does. Enjoy.

I would get filters that match the lens I'm using. The closer you keep it to your glass the harder it is to pick up dust, scratches, ect. and it'll keep down the vignetting. B+W make great filters but they are $$$. Hoya are a close second place and are a lot cheaper. The filters used above were cheap crappy eBay filters that I would only recommend if you don't have the resources for better ones. But... they were a gift from the parents who didn't really know the difference between good and bad filters so I cant really complain.

Finally got a chance to test the ND filters my parents bought me. Not my greatest but my friend loves it so I'm leaving it at that.

They are projectors from a Q45 in a 7" housing. I'd love to do the same but they're $$$.

So I'm still not happy w/ this but it'll have to do. And I'm still working on the rear so I'll have that up when it's done.

Balance is good but there is another option that I've come across. I've got my GF to show an interest in working on cars. Now we spend long hours working on my Z and her VW bus! It's to the point where I will wake up some mornings and shes already been in the garage wrenching away on the bus for hours.

I think you should look into getting a Honda Ruckus. They're cheap, they go 45mph, and they get 100mpg! There is also a pretty decent sized aftermarket for them w/ plenty of customizable parts. My friend just got one and he loves it. He put 400+miles on it in about a week of owning it.
