Guest Mberglo
I'm trying to plan my attack for a 280Z build into a dedicated track car. It looks like I have options as far as front camber adjustment goes. How much negative camber can I expect out of each of the two methods? Is one preferred over the other, or should I expect to install both?
johnc
Camber plates can get you close to 4 degrees negative and are a definate must-have for a track car. Adjsutable LCAs are more for track width and toe adjustment. They are optional for a track only car.

JMortensen
I'm doing a detailed write up on this, should be up in a few hours. John nailed it, but if you want a more detailed writeup check back in a while.
