naviathan
For 3.8L or the like GM throttle bodies. Has anyone tried this? It would makes sense for an MS install as the GM IAC body is built into the throttle body and rather than buying a separate adaptable IAC body or something else that costs more money wouldn't it be cheaper to just go to a junk yard and buy a throttle body off a newer GM 3.8L? Administrators BRAAP Posted June 11, 2007 Administrators Share Posted June 11, 2007 Hmmm... Never thought about that and those are probably sized with reason I’d suspect. Cool. Keep us posted on the feasibility.
Tony D
why do you need an IAC? The factory bypass needle valve works wonderfully.

naviathan
Sounds like I need to go back to the JY yank one and see if I can get a friend of mine to machine an adapter plate. Could take a bit though, he's got a lot of work on the table.
