80LS1T
I am looking for a set of different sized wheel spacers and my car is not where I live so I can't just go out and measure this. So what is the hub diameter on the rear of a 280ZX?(where the center of the rotor goes over). I thought I read this somewhere in a post but for the life of me I can't find it! Thanks, Guy
Warren
http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=111474&highlight=hub+diameter Scroll down to one of Frank280ZX's entries... Strange but I noticed that the diameter of the ZX stub axle is actually smaller (30mm vs. 32mm) than the first generation 1970-78 Z cars. The Z31 stub axle starts out at a 30mm diameter but then it tapers out to a diameter of 35mm where the wheel flange is. Nice upgrade. Hope that's what you're looking for. 80LS1T
Nope that's not was I was looking for. I ment the part that I thought stuck out on the inside of the rotor. I just got out by my car and I see that the rotor is flush with the hub center. I think the wheel spacers I bought today(online) aren't going to work. They are hubcentric ones for a 240sx or something. I really need to get a hold of Ross C so he can just make me what I need. Thanks anyways though! COmputoman
Hey 80LT1, Your strut tower covers look great! mine are all burnt and cracking. Did you do any restoration on them? What material? Thanks
80LS1T
My strut towers and covers are plastic. I didn't do anything to them other than spray them with Armorall? Guy
