MoNkEyT88
I'm going to be replacing my floor pans, and the rails beneath the floor with new steel. I'm also going to be doing the front frame rails, but I will do that while its on the ground. I was wondering if I do half at a time, if the body will still be stiff enough to support itself on the trunnion.

johnc
It should be strong enough for you to do all the work you plan. Once way to help maintain the strength is to weld some sqaure tubing in a X shape in each door opening. Just lay the tubing flat against the inside of the hinge area and the door jamb and weld it there.
