cygnusx1
I believe the general engine specs are called out by the SCCA rule book for EP class. E-Production, the fastest of the production car based classes. Just in case you want to read what goes into building a spec car...for production class. http://www.scca.com/_FileLibrary/File/Production.pdf Here is a tidbit from the 240Z rules: "Comp Ratio limited to 12.0:1. Limited Prep cyl head. Valve Lift: .500” max. Carburetor preparation per Current I.T. rules. Restricted suspension preparation only (refer to PCS Section 9.1.5.D.6., Restricted Suspensions for allowable suspension modifications.) Limited Prep Transmission." "(F) 252 (9.92) Vented Disc ® 258 or 269 Solid Disc Discs and calipers from 280-ZX." I am not sure if the 280Z is eligible due to the 2.8 liter and Fuel injection.
