gearheadstik
Not unless you get into complicated custom strut angles and stuff.... Are you talking of a s30? You could with a spacer but I assume you are talking about stock locations..What diameter wheel?
bluez
hey,yes i am talking about the s30.i order a set of wheels but instead of geting 15/8 front -25 and 15/10.5 rears -6.i got 15/9 -25 and 15/11.5 6 i am not sure have to double check.i just wanted to see if i could used them.the rear if i used a half inch spacer.it would be 5.5 backspace which i think could work not sure.the front is ok. blueovalz
With seven inch springs on the rear which helps get the lower perch up and away from the tire's section width, I can only run a 5.5" BS using 17" wheels. Reduce the wheel diameter, and you've got to reduce the BS due to the strut tube getting closer to the wheel the further down you move the rim edge. In short, I'd say "no" is the answer. gearheadstik
On a 15in wheel, 4.5bs is as much as I can use with a slick with no spacers...maybe a 5-5.5in if stiffer sidewall...

B00STDZ
I have a similar question... Would a 6.4" backspace on 18x10.5 wheels work on the rear?
johnc
I have a similar question... Would a 6.4" backspace on 18x10.5 wheels work on the rear? I would say no, unless you run wheel spacers. I put sets of 18 x 10s, 17 x 10s, 16 x 10s, and 15 x 10s on S30s and the most backspace I've been able to get away with is 5.75" and that was with 2.25" ID coil overs.
