robrsx
been wanting to post pics for awhile finally got the time. its a 76 280z, took off bumpers and got 240z front and rear bumpers and front lower spoiler. will get MSA flares and mold onto body. do a complete tear down and rebuild slowly. wanted to get the motor going to drive it for awhile while saving the money for the build then she'll come to a complete hault. fully rebuilt the motor just to get it running. gonna take it to my house and get started on the body and interior. this is my goal but candy red as for the motor.... planning on doing an LS2 swap smog legally. found a shop in Texas that will do it but my dad and I will do most fo the motor transplant the shop will just do all the wireing and finishing touches for the legal smog. long ways to go but will get there. smoorenc
Looks like the color of my 76 original was Cocoa. It was under 2 different shades of green. It's being stripped down now. Fun times ahead for you! www.4moores.com/280z Thats what we did, fixed it up enough to drive for 2 years and now a LS1 in going in and other new stuff. Good luck!!!
