drowz
I got hosed on where I live... Does anyone know of anyone in Idaho (more specifically Boise) who knows anything about z cars? I need someone to bore and balance the engine, the rest I can do. Anything input would be awesome, Thanks.
badjuju
♥♥♥♥, I was gonna have my motor rebuilt buy a guy in western Idaho, a friend of a friend... When it came time to actually order the motor, we found out he had died about a month ago An inconvenience to me, but a much greater loss to him and his. drowz
Yeah, that really is a bummer. Unfortunately that kind of thing happens... At least that means there might be people around here who know what they're doing on a z.
badjuju
if you're willing to ship i know a guy in seattle who has done a fair amount of z work, he's had a lot of z's in the past, and currently has a 73 with (i think) a 454 in it. Zmanco
There's a guy from an email list that I'm on named Kim Blough who is in Idaho and has a Z business, I believe it's mostly used parts. You might contact him and see where it leads. Kim Blough Idaho Z Car 2913 Garrity Blvd. Nampa, Idaho 83687-2629 1-208-466-0004

lammbn
did you ever find a place to work on your engine? if not i can recommend a really good place in the area that has good prices and is very good. and i can also reccomend a few places to avoid at all costs, particularly the previously mentioned contact.
