Pierce and the g/f is staying to watch the furry kids since a last minute sitter won't happen. Leaving next Thursday the 20th after work. Daddsun is riding shot gun w/, he is picking up his S130 at his mom's house in Florida. I have about 500 miles on the motor now. I need to install the R/T diff mount this weekend or just take it "easy" for the trip. I had my first lumbar epidural injection today so we'll see how I feel. Yes I could have taken a plane but what a perfect opportunity for an engine break-in. We plan on leaving X-Mas Eve morning early to make it back to Maryland X-Mas eve. S30TRBO Posted December 22, 2007 Author Share Posted December 22, 2007 We left MD at 9pm. 2 eat stops, 4 gas stops and 15 hours later!! Averaged 24MPG the whole time This with the SU too!! We were in a 3 hour solid rain storm from SC to GA. But the Z did well and I am very pleased!! I spent the better part of the afternoon cleaning all the road crap and polished the Wats!!
