Guest Big Phil
I ordered my rims today in order to have them by early April, they take 4-6 weeks to make. I want to bring my finished Z to the Motorsports show on April 26-27. Since I have a contact at Kinesis and HRE wheels, I could get any size and width I wanted at a discount. I spent months debating which size to go with. I decided on 17X7 front with a 4.5 inch backspace and 17X8 with a 5 inch backspace. These rims clear the stock spring perches so coilovers are not required and they will fit under the stock fenders. The tires are 215/45/17 front and 235/40/17 rear. The style I went with the Kinesis K10 which are 3 piece forged units that weight about 18 pounds a piece. Kinesis Wheels 17 inch K10's I previously had 17 inch HRE wheels but I sold them to Oltmann (for 1/3 the cost of the replacements)in order to move up to a 18 or 19 inch rim but I commute 100 miles a day so the oversize rims would not have been practical so it back to 17's. Wagz
They have some very sweet wheels! I assume they can build pretty much to suit anyone's specs. Dare I as how much they set you back. Or, will it just depress me?

Guest Big Phil
Kinesis Motorsports builds rims to order in any size and bolt pattern and offest. They retail for $800 to $1200 a piece. Since I got a sponsorship, I saved couple of thousand dollars.
