wigenOut-S30
I assume,, swoooosh.. but as my post says these are mock up pics and piping will be tigged this week. This is a knock off tial but honestly it looks excellent inside and out.No casting flaws and doesnt feel cheap what so ever. We shall see how it performs.. ktm
Wigen, I am using a similar BOV. No boost leaks or compressor surge, even at 18ish psi.
wigenOut-S30
awesome, Yeah I got it from silicone intakes, Im impressed. I figured I would give it a try. Just didnt have enough for the real thing right now.
ktm
I got mine from the same place, though mine does look a little different. It's hard to tell from that angle. Still, I've had no problem with mine at all. Depending on your vacuum, you may want to shim the spring a bit or buy a Tial spring. I need to add more shims to mine as it is open during cruising. jeffp
I was looking at your intake manifold and realized you are not running the heat shield under the manifold. I think it would be worth you time and effort to install the shield. You are taking all of the heat from the turbo hitting the intake runners and the part may be subject to heat soak in short order. Seems to me the heat is one of the most important factors to try to get control of. The pipes look good to go.
ktm
I am going to install a removable heat blanket around my intake manifold. I'll remove it for showing and wrap the intake when driving.
