MazterDizazter
I'm a little confused on how to adjust ignition timing. Say I am running a fully-programmable EMS with a distributorless ignition system: do I need an adjustable cam gear to alter timing or can it be done all electronically? Clifton
Sounds like you aren't running a fully programmable efi yet. It's hard to get the timing set perfect so you set the trigger offset (with the efi software) so your timing on your map matches the pulley. For example, efi software says 10* but pulley says 15*, you remove 5* in the trigger offset so they match. From there you just type in the timing numbers you want. MazterDizazter
Oh, ok. That makes more sense.
